This week Brett interviews Dr Kellyann Petrucci about healing the gut, decreasing inflammation, becoming a fat burner and the bone broth diet. Dr Kellyann is a naturopathic Dr who treats the whole patient, not just the symptoms and sees getting healthy as a partnership between her and the patient as opposed to a traditional Dr/patient relationship. She talks about a variety of different topics including fermented foods, nutritional density and the ratios of fat, proteins and carbs in the diet.
