More than ever these days, advice on fitness, nutrition and wellbeing seems to be constantly changing. Or we’re being fed massive generalisations about how to look after ourselves, which feel impractical or just don’t fit into our lives.

So it can be really difficult to know if you’re doing the right things, or the things that are going to be most beneficial to you. And that can so easily lead to procrastination or even totally freezing because we don’t know which direction to head in.

This week I’m going to tackle this and talk about how we can navigate conflicting fitness and nutrition advice, how to sort the wheat from the chaff and how to make the decisions about our own wellness which are going to serve us best and fit into our lives in a way that really works.
