Drew welcomes George Bryant, aka the Civilized Caveman. George candidly shares his life journey which includes a rocky upbringing, battles with low self-esteem and bulimia, almost losing his legs, PTSD and being hit by a car during a triathlon in Hawaii. But don’t be fooled, this is not a sad story. During a tour of duty in Afghanistan, George came upon a book that changed his life forever. Inspired by that book George wrote, The Paleo Kitchen, which is a New York Times bestseller. He now inspires people through his Hugs and Bacon membership community and provides paleo recipes on his website.
