Today on TLS, I’m sharing the many, many lessons I’ve been learning here in Ubud about dealing with… drumroll please… difficult emotions.
As you probably know, I’ve been very focused on the Law of Attraction over the past year, so the idea of facing negative emotions used to feel pretty tricky to me… how can I face them and not attract more negative emotions or experiences at the same time?
This episode is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to handle thoughts when you aren’t feeling great, how to handle uncertainty when your ego is frustrated (or scared), and how to do the things you want to do without thinking that there needs to be a different set of circumstances in order for them to unfold in a way you want.
