Training is not just a routine but about being smart in your approach. Instead of blindly doing activities like walking, yoga, or hitting the gym, we should think of fitness intelligently by understanding that fitness falls under three main pillars: athleticism, lifting, and endurance. At Lyngso Fitness Academy, we believe that all three are important. But you do not need to go crazy in just one direction. You should blend them to reach your fitness goals in a better way. By combining these three pillars, you can train in a way that gives you the desired experiences and keeps you healthy.

Join this conversation with Paul and Tony as we discuss these pillars, what it means to be athletic, and how you can become more athletic, even if you were not born naturally gifted in this area. We will also discuss the many advantages of lifting weights and improving cardiovascular fitness. Being stronger makes life easier and helps you endure challenges better. It is a sign of a healthy nervous system; having muscle as you age makes you more resilient. Being weak can be risky, and you might not realize its limits until you get stronger.
