Today we are joined by Kathleen Trotter. Kathleen is a fitness expert, media personality, personal trainer, writer, life coach, certified Pilates and ELDOA instructor, and overall health enthusiast. She has written two books on finding your fit and figuring out what works for you when it comes to fitness and nutrition.

I wanted to have Kathleen on the show to talk about the ways that we can find motivation (for exercise or otherwise), how she is helping clients achieve their optimal fitness, as well as the ways that we can utilize to choose what is right for us out of the million things that are recommended on this podcast!
