In this week's episode we sat down for the second time with Dr. Michael Breus, aka The Sleep Doctor. Our chat stemmed from our observation in practicing PT that our patients who weren't sleeping well tended to be the ones not recovering from routine conditions. So we brought in Dr. Breus to help us break down sleep's role in recovery!
