How often do you exercise?

Does it surprise you to learn that 3 out of 4 of us humans don't exercise at all, at least not on a regular basis?

I'm sure draconian government interventions that outlawed group exercise, shuttered gyms and small businesses and all of that, certainly didn't help matters or our trajectory overall.

But the way I see it, you have to find ways of making working out fun. And you also have to do your best to not get sidelined by injury, overtraining, or burnout.
