This week I walk through modifying my Flysky 9X with an LCD back Light, A programmer so I can flash open source code onto it and also upgrade the RF module to a FR-Sky RF module which gets me better range, a failsafe option if I fly out of range and telemetry data back.The radio is available for $59 and the upgrades are about $40 total.
