Daily American show that celebrates the great United States of America! Here, I talk about the good, the bad and the ugly with stories ranging from Ben Franklin to Billy the Kid to the New York Yankees and Hollywood. Give me four minutes and I'll tell you all about it!
For more than 40 years historian Peter Hart has interviewed thousands of veterans about their experience of war. Join him and his chum Gary Bain as they explore all aspects of military history.
My mother was born in Germany in 1934. She grew up during World War Two, was adopted and moved to the United States after the war. She has a lot of stories and every week or so we will listen to them here.
On the 142nd anniversary of the ill-fated Battle of Isandlwana, Peter and Gary tell the story of this dark chapter of the British Army.
