We are a church that exists to love God, love people, and lead others to do the same. This audio feed features recordings of our weekly worship gatherings. Feel free to listen and learn. The only thing we ask is that you never use this feed as an alternative to bodily participation in a local church unless you are physically unable to attend.

A weekly podcast that offers Christian perspectives on some of the most significant issues facing today's church and culture. In each episode, hosts Scott Rae and Sean McDowell — professors at Biola University's Talbot School of Theology — draw upon biblical wisdom and insights from guest experts as they explore how Christians can thoughtfully and faithfully engage with cultural trends and current events.

Why The Furnace? Quite simply because most people in Australia, and the world, can no longer get to Mass, or even into a church. The point of these podcasts is to bring people a share of the Mass in the Word of God and prayer. But why the name? Because the Heart of Jesus is a “Furnace of love”. This is how St Gertrude the Great describes it. As she prays: O Sacred Heart of Jesus, fountain of eternal life, Your Heart is a glowing furnace of Love. You are my refuge and my sanctuary. O my adora ...

The Christian faith is not mindless or irrational. Knowing Faith is a podcast exploring how our faith is founded upon Scripture. Restoration Church is a Non-Denominational Church that exits to love God, love people, glorify Christ, and place Him at the central of our ministry. We are here to equip, edify, train, and send The Body of Christ into a dark world, that they might see the illuminating power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We desire to help release people into their individual callings and purpose, in order that The Kingdom of God be advanced in the earth.

We are a growing group of men, women and children who have been changed by an encounter with Jesus and live that out in everyday life. Sunday, July 5th, 2020 Today is one of my favourite passages found in Sacred Scripture. It’s worth taking it out again and reflecting deeply upon it: “ ‘Come to me, all you who labour and are overburdened, and I will give you rest. Shoulder my yoke and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Yes, m…

Saturday, July 4th, 2020 Today’s Collect gives us cause for pause: “grant, we pray, that we may not be wrapped in the darkness of error but always be seen to stand in the bright light of truth.” To be in error is to be in darkness. Not necessarily malicious at all: but certainly dark because we are not seeing correctly, we are not seeing reality as…

With religious freedom under assault around the world and increasingly in the United States, it’s critical to go back to the American founding and hear from the founding fathers about how they viewed religious freedom, and why they enshrined it in the first amendment to the Constitution. Join us for this conversation with noted scholar Dr. Daniel D…

Thursday, July 2nd, 2020 “‘I was a shepherd, and looked after sycamores: but it was the Lord who took me from herding the flock, and the Lord who said, “Go, prophesy to my people Israel.” So listen to the word of the Lord.” So tells us the prophet Amos. This is important news for all of us. First of all for those of us who are lay people. For we ca…

Sean recently had a radio debate with a popular YouTuber on the question of whether the apostles died as martyrs. Do we have good historical sources for their fates? How does the evidence support the larger case for the resurrection of Jesus? This is a lively but respectful discussion about the founders of the Christian faith. This is a bonus episo…
