CM Goals is about achieving goals. It combines previous WanderGuam podcast and Island Goals podcast along with Successful Supervisor podcast underneath one umbrella while adding new content to expand the mind. CM Goals gives me flexibility to cover more goals topics.

We believe in having intentional conversations! The goal of our conversations are to empower, encourage, and to motivate others. We will do so by sharing our stories of overcoming adversities and the life lessons we learned from them. We also hope that our conversations will give insight and understanding of others perspective. It is very important to respect a person and their perspectives.
