Finding Fit is a weekly podcast chronicling the journey to finding fitness. In 2014 Host Derrick Young found himself 350lbs with a 54" waist and decided it was time for a change. Over the past 3-4 years he has learned a great deal about weight loss and finding a balance. Still a struggle, 2017 found Derrick put back some of the 190lbs he had lost. So in November the journey continued and he is working his way back to healthy.
