The Shackleton Autumn School, Athy, Co Kildare (close to where Ernest Shackleton was born) in conjunction with Dr. Juliana Adelman of DCU have looked at Ernest Shackleton and how he handled crisis and isolation to ultimately triumph over extreme conditions. We ask ourselves, 'What would Shackleton do' in the current crisis?
