I’ve reached a time in my life where my soul is desiring a slower pace of life. Time to notice more, appreciate more, do less and be more chilled. It feels like the universe is conspiring to help me do this too, helped along by an ankle injury last year and some lingering anxiety from big life events over the last few years. Being more slow is a luscious way to live and I will be speaking to others who are also enjoying the benefits too. I invite you to slow down and join me!
