Në këtë ligjëratë hoxha i nderuar flet rreth kuptimit të drejtë të vëllazërisë islame me theks të veçantë në atë se realiteti dhe forca e vëllazërisë islame rrjedh nga dashuria e Allahut të lartësuar dhe besimi në të, andaj aq më drejt që të kuptohet besimi aq më mirë do të kuptohet vëllazëria islame. Pra nëse e kuptojmë drejt besimin, misionin dhe rolin në këtë jetë – i cili nuk mund të kryhet i vetëm dhe natyrshmërinë e kësaj lidhjeje e që sipas Islamit është mbi çdo lidhje tjetër, atëherë vëllazëria islame do ta merr kuptimin e vërtetë.
