Each episode chooses one “cool” design or media technology trend that is popularly tied to the digital era and traces that trend back in time as far as we can go. This project is created by Dr. Alex Bevan from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. Thank you to Greg Gilbert was supportive of the project from the start. Durgesh Patel and Luiz Santos helped in setting up and training me on all the AV equipment. Radek Rudnicki loaned me a modular synthesizer and gave me a crash course on Ableton. Julieanna Preston and Brian Lucid from the School of Design at Massey University generously granted me the time and resources necessary to produce the podcast. I want to thank everyone who participated in the appearing on the episodes: Holly Gulliver, Sam Minns, Fran, Brian Lucid, Birgit Bachler, Justin Rotolo, and Karl Kane and my partner Luc Miknaitis. I could not have completed the project without one of my best cheerleaders and partners in crime, Kate Reddington.
