A coachingnak ma már könyvtárnyi irodalma van. A főiskolán, ahol a coach szakirányú képzést vezetem, sok mindent tanítunk, de még többet gyakorlunk, ugyanis nem mindig tudunk minden egyes pozitív változást tudományosan is megindokolni.
