The Unplugged Podcast is hosted by Dhammy and Roxy, two Brown British Women. We launched this podcast in order to have open and honest conversations, amongst ourselves and with a range of guests, in order to create diverse connection and encourage learning and growth. We cover subjects that are taboo, unexplored or stigmatised but often affect nearly all of us at some point during our lives. We speak candidly about our experiences (often in a cultural context) and have in depth discussions with our guests, in order to create a safe and empowering space for you, our listeners, to help you to take charge of your life and feel supported in your individual journey of learning and living.
