Cooltown is an American West Coast DJ, Producer & Artist known for his love of video games, the color yellow & progressive funky beats. With over a decade of experience in the industry, he has become a staple in the Pacific Northwest nightlife scene. Signed records on Plasmapool, G-Mafia, Glitchworld & more. Born in LA and raised in Portland, Cooltown began playing flute, guitar, and drums at a young age. He quickly developed a passion for Techno, Electronica & Trance and began raving & spinning in Los Angeles, Southern California in 2009. Attending multiple Insomniac Events and drew massive inspiration from this central EDM hub. Over the years, Cooltown has honed his craft and developed a unique style that blends Techno, Funk & House Music with influences from Headhunterz, Mord Fustang, Adam K & Soha, Deadmau5 & Tiësto with a splash of Funk, Tech & Groove.
