In 2020, during a global pandemic, lifelong friends Allan Cogan and Grant Brown decided to finally start the podcast they had always wanted to host. The goal was to make a quality product with consistent content, with the original idea being "conversations with a glass of whiskey". Allan and Grant love discussing the nuances of political issues, but they found themselves severely burned out and spinning their wheels on other ideas. After a few politically benign episodes covering Army Officer school, Star Wars, and whiskey itself -it became clear direction and structure was needed. This podcast and its 69 episodes is something we are immensely proud of. Enjoy this archive of our content, but please know that "The Cogan Conversation" lives on in a different feed.
