Jammin the Journey, The Podcast is just me, the microphone and the music.....not always perfect, but always doing my best! Several months ago I found my life to be in a very dark place. As if working and basic adulting aren’t hard enough, I experienced a very HUGE life event which seemed so overwhelming I found myself emotionally and physically tired and most of all VERY lost and lonely. Through music, plus the help of a friend, spiritual guidance and desperation I began my journey to finding my inner peace, self love, and most of all my best and most purpose filled life.
