はじめまして。アラフィフ真生（まい）です。幼少期から不眠症。母親からは「こうあるべき」で育つ。「相手ファーストで尽くすもの」「頑張った先にはいいことがある」と思い、ずっと自分と向き合って生きてきました。10年ほど前から、親とも仲良しになって、そこから少しづつ変化してきて、全てココロの在り方次第だなぁと実感しています。現在、パートナーである彼女と同居中。HSP・DV・離婚などのお話していきたいと思ってます。
