After 35+ years of mentoring youth and young adults, I want to capture the countless stories I have encountered over my years of mentoring. Philosophically I embrace a "What if...Idea?" Which is, "What if, Everyone was Mentoring Someone, and Everyone was being Mentored by Someone? How would that change the world? With that philosophy in mind, this podcast is about inviting listeners to transform the world through the power of mentoring relationships!
