Pastor, Author, and International speaker Rev Dr. Luciano Padilla Jr. began his public ministry in Connecticut in 1961. For 35 years he served as Bishop of the Pentecostal Christian Church and for over 45 years served as the Senior Pastor of the Bay Ridge Christian Center, a bilingual and multicultural international ministry whose growth rests on family groups, discipleship, missions and social assistance. He was the one of the cofounder of Christian Vison Radio. In 1995, Dr. Padilla was consecrated to the office of Apostle. The name of the church was changed to the World Harvest Community Center in alignment with a prophetic promise previously given to the church. On Sunday, May 7th, 2017 Apostle Padilla had the joy of passing the baton on to his son Pastor Luciano Padilla III who became the new Senior Pastor at WHCC.
