I'm the previous host of Work Your Energy, a show about consciousness, energy mastery and positive mental health - as I used spirituality to eliminate my depression. With the release of my new book: Human Origins, The Multiverse & Our Star Ancestry: Who are we, What Happened & Where are we heading, my new show will be discussing the contents of it, plus many more concepts as we move into a new galactic era.
