Employee advocacy is a powerful tool which can help organisations build trusted, authentic relationships with their audience and drive high value brand conversations. Building a successful employee advocacy programme is often described as a complex and difficult task. And while there are many moving parts to coordinate in order to grow a programme which delivers results. At its heart is a simple framework which puts employees at the centre. There are different approaches to employee advocacy. I have defined happy employee advocacy to be employee-centric advocacy which delivers results for the business by focussing first on what’s in it for an employee. This podcast seeks to drive discussion on the best way for organisations to launch and sustain successful employee advocacy programmes – removing complexity at every turn.
