The 10 year challenge goes by many names, but basically the participants simply post two images - usually side by side - which were taken at least ten years apart.
We have our own 10 year challenge in this episode where we discuss how we have changed over the last 10 years.
10 years is a long time and a lot can (and does) change. We go back in time to discuss what we were doing 10 years ago and if our younger selves would be proud of where we are at now.
REMEMBER: If you have any suggestions for topics please send through to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be sure to include them.

Fathering, on the other hand, is less so. Therefore, it's important for men to learn the skills they need to be a good dad. For some guys it's more intuitive, like kicking a football, but most guys need a coach or some direction.
