Our guest this week is C. Wilson Meloncelli.

Wilson is a Flow State Performance Coach, Stunt Performer, Author and former British Champion in Mixed Martial Arts.

He teaches and speaks on the subject of the Flow State, an optimal state of consciousness where people feel and perform their best, and has become one of the world's front runners in the field of flow.

He has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry and is an instructor in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Silat, Muay Thai, Grappling and Brazilian Jujitsu.

He's also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, an Ireca Energy Practitioner, as well as a stunt performer with skills in Gymnastics, Tramploining, Rock Climbing, Horse Riding and setting himself on fire!

We talk in depth about Wilson’s background, how he was first introduced to flow; flow and all it’s applications, as well as his thoughts on superheroes, his inner child and ‘the douchebag!’. Entertaining from start to finish, this one is a lot of fun!
