The government is pushing ahead with its bootcamps for young offenders - despite opposition parties and youth justice advocates saying there is no evidence they will work. The Prime Minister and Children's Minister have released more details on how the 'military-style academies' will work, and what someone has to do to get sent to one. The aim to reduce the number of young people involved in serious offending by fifteen percent. Political reporter Giles Dexter reports.
