A friend of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Olson had once been considered as a possible Vice Presidential running mate. - Nick Cafardo, National baseball writer for The Boston Globe covering the Red Sox and MLB Baseball. He has written books on the New England Patriots and Atlanta Braves and is a correspondent for NESN. Nick is down in Fort Myers Florida, where the Red Sox are in the middle of Spring Training. Opening day around the League is early this year, on Thursday March 29th, and it's the first time since 1968 that all teams have opened on the same day!
