Tropical Storm Harvey has unleashed on Houston, and it'll most likely worsen as Federal Engineers release water from overflowing reservoirs to keep it from jumping dam walls and surging uncontrollably into the homes they protect.

Approximately 30,000 residents have been left homeless, with the number expected to rise in coming days.
