“When people come to me and they say I've started a book and I'm stuck. I can almost guarantee that every single time they haven't thought about all the other stuff including the outline. They haven't thought about how they're going to use the book, they haven't thought about what topics to bring to them (audience). They haven't thought about their audience and they haven't written an outline. Ninety-nine out of a hundred (that's a made-up number) but ninety-nine out of a hundred times those things aren't in place and you know a year into the book writing journey the person is stuck.”
