In this episode I spoke with DePaul journalism professor Evan Moore, who's written for a variety of outlets including Rolling Stone and The Shadow League. We spoke about his pieces on Colin Kaepernick and PK Subban, his thoughts on racism and activism in sports, how he got started in journalism and more. Moore's piece, What White Fans Don't Understand About Black Athletes, was nominated for a Peter Lisagor award. **Note: There was a little wind interference as I was recording this, and it starts around the 37 minute mark. I couldn't edit it out and opted to leave the rest of the interview in instead of cutting it out.
