A flurry of cryptic social media posts from its stars have led to unconfirmed speculation that Modern Family is secretly planning some kind of reunion or reboot. While we’re not in a position to either confirm or deny the rumors, we can say we would eagerly welcome the show’s return (as would millions of fans and, apparently, several cast members). Prior to the show’s original sign-off in 2020, Eric Stonestreet spoke about how he loved working on Modern Family because getting to play the character of Cam taught him a lot about his own life.
