The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This broadcast is specifically created to improve non-white people's problem-solving ability and refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while at work. Any listeners who've deduced the most effective strategy to reduce conflicts with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to dial in with specifics. We always value hearing the views of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self employed" makes better your labor experience. We'll also re-visit what inhibits us from applying our counter-racist code at work. More often than not, failure to practice codification leads to easily avoidable problems. Gus advocates that Victims of Racism write down important workplace occurrences. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more reliable than memory, and the act of writing can organize your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share significant portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AntiBlackness INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
