The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The bjectiveo for this broadcast is to enhancee non-white people's problem-solving abilities and to refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while at work. Any listeners who've figured out the optimal strategy to minimize quarrels with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist labor conditions should be the first person to call us. We always appreciate and encourage the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, tell us how being "self-employed" enhances your workplace experience. Several listeners have expressed an interest in developing a group to formulate ideas to help black people in the area of employment. Any listeners with human resource experience are encouraged to inquire about details.
