The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The reason for this broadcast is to fortify non-white people's problem-solving abilities and to refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've discovered the best strategy to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in with specifics. We always appreciate the observations of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self-employed" makes your labor experience better. Several listeners voiced an interest in creating a group to brainstorm ideas to help black people in the area of employment. Any listeners with human resource experience are encouraged to inquire about details. We'll hear counter-racist recommendations from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Gus suggests Victims of Racism write down important workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more reliable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share important sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
