The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly platform on neutralizing Workplace Racism. The reason for this broadcast is to upgrade non-white people's problem-solving ability and refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've discovered the optimal strategy to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to dial in with specifics. We're always grateful for the observations of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self employed" improves your labor experience. We're in the middle of the "holiday season," so we'll review tactics for surviving office parties and how to rebuff gift-giving exercises. We'll exchange counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Gus suggets that Victims of Racism write down important workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share significant portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
