The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is uniquely designed to explore problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while at work. Any listeners who have unearthed the best methods to minimize problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual problems we often experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in and share particulars. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear suggestions from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment.
