Thanks for checking out the 244th episode of The ETX ROCKS Show! Our guest today had two heavyweights in the Texas scene encouraging him to become a performer! When Texas legends Cory Morrow and grammy Award winner Lloyd Maines say you should get a band together, you listen! Since then The Drew Fish Band has been playing every venue imaginable and shaping the Texas Country Charts with old school, melodic Country music! Now riding the success of his brand new top 50 hit “Flood”, Drew continues to rise ever upward! If his latest EP “Treat You Right” isn’t a part of your go to playlist then you haven’t heard it yet, it’s the true definition of a sing along album, every song designed to make you move or make you think! Today we are excited to have Drew Fish on The ETX ROCKS Show!!

From the minute Cory Morrow pulled Drew up on the legendary Gruene Hall stage to play in front of a sold out crowd, Drew knew he was born to play music. Drew’s early piano training and devotion to song writing touched off his perfect musical storm. Soon after Grammy Award winner Lloyd Maines and Texas Country staple Cory Morrow encouraged Drew to put a band together, the newly formed Drew Fish Band was shaking the Austin music scene. Since then, the DFB has performed energy-filled live shows all over the Lone Star State in renowned venues including The Rustic in Dallas, Blue Light in Lubbock, Coupland Hall in Coupland, City Limits in Stephenville, Banita Creek Hall in Nacogdoches and Stubb’s when they return home. You can also catch them performing as guests on stage with friends Reckless Kelly and Curtis Grimes.
