Frank starts the show joined by WABC host Dominic Carter to discuss mistrust in the government and law enforcement. He moves on to talk to John Arezzi, a podcaster, wrestling historian and author of the book, Mat Memories: My Wild Life in Pro Wrestling, Country Music, and with the Mets. They discuss baseball, wrestling and much more. Frank discusses a law in Louisiana that forces schools to have the Ten Commandments posted in every classroom. He moves on to talk with Jeremy Murphy, Founder of 360bespoke, a respected boutique PR agency and the author of the new book, Too Good to Fact Check: Flying the Skies with Stars, Scotch and Scandal. They discuss his book and his interactions with celebrities. Frank starts the third hour talking about the Pentagon running an anti-vaccine campaign to undermine China during the pandemic. He also discusses a sequel coming for the classic Mel Brooks film, Spaceballs. Frank wraps up the show talking about the myth of cramps in the swimming pool.
