This week marked the first day summer and our first extreme heat of the season. And when the temps reach the 90 degree mark, some of the typical summer food like hot dogs and hamburgers can start to seem less appealing. Our friends at Eater New York are here to help. Senior critic Robert Sietsema is back with a list of dishes to help us chill out on the hottest days of summer in New York City. Speaking with Weekend Edition host David Furst, he mentions some of his favorites.
