To boost his fledgling career, and watch his mon receive a lifetime service award, Doctor Slow-mo, a neophyte superhero, attempts to go to his first professional superhero conference. While other members of his family use their powers or influence to get to there, Doctor Slow-mo ends up going on a commercial flight.
