In today's episode Susan interviews Daniel Northcott. He runs Access North in Huddersfield and is actively working to supply much needed PPE equipment and disintectant, helping our vital services combat Covid 19.

Realising how vitally our country now needs viral disinfectants and PPE, Daniel has pivoted his skilled workforce and in conjunction with Pestfix are importing and supplying Viroshield disinfectant and bulk supplies of FFP2 and FFP3 masks, visors, gowns and gloves.There is a plane with these supplies due into the country on April 15th with up to 5,000,000 further available once orders are completed and another plane can be filled.

About the Guest:

Daniel's background is an unconventional one and his business has had to quickly pivot in this last month.You will hear from his accent he was not born in UK and he started life in New Zealand.He completed a Batchelor degree in performing Arts, acting and directing and his love of both climbing and acting brought him to UK. He was involved in filming with Century North in Leeds using his climbing skills and rope access qualifications. These skills then transferred over to the construction business and he has been involved in rigging and rope access maintenance with his company Access North.
