Ever thought about the psychology of colour, what the different colours mean, how we can use them to learn more about ourselves and apply them effectively both at home and at work?

If so, you'll love this conversation about living life colourfully with Angela Dacey.

As Angela has said: "It’s time for YOU to take care of YOU and heal YOUR negative thoughts and feelings. Stop feeling hopeless, heavy-hearted, mentally unclear, emotionally drained and spiritually unconnected."

We talked about a lot of that (with me as the guinea pig) and much more.

Among other things, we discussed:

~ How thoughts and feelings affect our health

~ How “it’s a lot of work, to work on yourself.”

~ The positives and negatives associated with each of the main colours (e.g., Red positive = Passion | Red negative = fear)

~ Discussion on several real-life scenarios from both Kevin’s life and Angela’s life, how colour has played into it, what they’ve learned about themselves and role colour can play in moving forward.

~ They also created a recipe for the chronically under-achieving Toronto Maple Leafs!

Truly, this was a fun and fascinating discussion! We hope you enjoy it.
