Sometimes the smallest details hold the most meaning. So it is, as I gaze upon a photo of my dad's old home. It's not the grandeur of the Victorian house in which he lived that buoys my mind and heart, but rather a little gas tank he'd installed at the end of the garage. From that tank, my dad would fill my car when I'd visit, happy to help me. That memory carries all the feelings of love he had for me, and that he still has.
