Had the incredible opportunity to sit down with Kevin Shepherd, who serves as Lead Pastor at Glad Tidings Church in Burlington, ON as well as serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Western Ontario District of the PAOC. Kevin is such a sharp leader who is continually out in front in his thinking and approach to ministry. This conversation was so rich and valuable as we went all sorts of various places including, leadership habits, leading through crisis, personal leadership pain and George Floyd/Racism.
