After a successful career in investment banking (managing multi billion dollar Equity Derivatives portfolios and building market leading franchises), Simon Rilling broke away to become an entrepreneur and focus on developing his mind, body and spirit. His desire to make a difference in people’s lives has ignited his mission to expand peoples mind & potential. David Karasek held multiple Swiss national records in swimming and was on the Olympic team 2012 in London. A career in banking beaconed but by the age of 32 David knew there was a bigger game to play. After traveling the world speaking with business gurus, David found their levels of awareness were limited — thus he became a Co-Founder of the CHD to make a major impact on the world.
