Breathe into the moment. Whatever it brings.

It's easier said than done sometimes, isn't it?

Dorman Baltazar is no stranger to challenging times, and learning how to breathe into the moment. In fact, the word "Breathe" has become synonymous with who he is, what he does and even what his businesses have been named.

At this time of this podcast discussion, Dorman is a Wholistic Lifestyle Coach who also practices and teaches yoga and meditation. But he wasn't always that way.

In this fascinating and heartfelt conversation, Dorman openly shares about his personal and professional journey, with all its twists and turns, including a stint in prison that ended up teaching him the potential power of practicing yoga, mediation and more deeply connecting with the breath.

After closing the doors to what was "Breathe Cycle and Yoga Studios" in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (due in large part to the complications and economic strain caused by the COVID-19 pandemic) Dorman came into this conversation having just launched his own online platform, "WeBreathe.ca" (http://www.webreathe.ca)

Dorman also has published a book of poetry called, "The Journey Within." This podcast conversation will serve as a rich context to either of those two things, as Dorman shares his journey, straight from his heart.

Among other things, he openly discussed:

~ What it was like to grow up in Belize, move to Southern California and how he eventually ended up in Western Canada.

~ What initially sparked his interested in racing road bikes and mountain bikes, and how that led to his interest in exploration of yoga and mediation

~ What happened that fundamentally changed his life at 36 years old, and how he managed his way through it without losing heart.

~ How he continues to deepen his awareness, meet new challenges and what he's learned about the power of being able to breathe into the moment.
